Mindfulness is a profound way to enhance emotional wellbeing and increase life satisfaction. Introduction to Mindfulness Classes are perfect for those want to explore the how and why of Mindfulness, Insight meditation & attention training.
Mindfulness enables you to learn how to be more present in a non-judgemental way, and to pay attention on purpose by practising specially developed mindfulness meditation practices & learning the relevant concepts. With practice, you will learn to slow down or stop brain chatter and automatic and unhelpful habitual thoughts and reactions, and to experience the present moment as it really is.

The practise of mindfulness enables you to:
- improve focus and concentration
- increase self-awareness
- reduce the impact and influence of stressful thoughts and feelings
- facilitate better relationships and personal health
- catch self-defeating behaviours, and substitute them more effective ones
- become aware of self-defeating thought processes, and 'let them go'
- Reduce challenges thoughts and emotions, such as those associated with anxiety and depression
