WELCOME
A Palliative Care Companion for the Home Journey.
At the heart of my work is a commitment to being a steady bridge between clinical treatment and the life of the home. I am here to hold space for you and your loved ones, creating a calm environment where the personal journey is honored.
For Support Workers: Support For You Wellbeing
Offering convenient online sessions via secure video sessions from 9AM to 7PM, 5 days a week (AEST), you can connect from the comfort of your home. Private sessions can be accessed and paid for directly by independent support workers, or through monthly packages purchased by providers looking to proactively support their team's mental health and well-being. I provide mentoring, debriefing, and coaching with the aim of enhancing your service delivery while also helping you sustain your personal wellbeing.
Having personally experienced the isolation and unique challenges within the NDIS support sector, I understand the crucial need for someone who truly understands. My role is to be that non-judgemental and open space for you. Whether you need to debrief after a difficult shift, seek guidance in career decisions, manage triggering effects within your role, or enhance your professional skills – I'm here to support your growth and longevity in this vital role.
My comprehensive training in therapeutic approaches and my on-the-field experience as a support worker provide a unique understanding of this important role within the NDIS. This expertise allows me to offer the tailored mentoring, debriefing, and coaching you need, helping you navigate complex challenges and strengthen your professional practice.
Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or would like to schedule a call.
Partnering in Care
We work to help bridge the gap alongside your medical care team. I offer the non-clinical assistance needed to help make the journey easier, ensuring that you and your family feel supported every step of the way
Assistance with daily tasks
We take care of the essential tasks like basic manual handling, medication assistance and meal preparation. By managing the practical load, we aim to reduce the stress on your family so you can focus on being together.
